Yes, our concierge Ralph will welcome you, provide a tour of the property, and highlight key features to enhance your stay. Additionally, an operational guide will be sent to you upon reservation.

The concierge will show you how to work the Jacuzzi and even turn it on for you before you arrive if you want if you let him know in advance ( need to set the temp usually I like c35 in the winter and 25 in the summer unless you want it colder – that balcony gets a lot of afternoon sun and is hot in the summer.) There are instructions in the operating manual on how to use which you will get when you book.

Yes there is a ski locker in the ski room in the basement to put on your boots and take your ski’s. then you can take the lift to the ground floor and put your skis on outside the front door, or alternatively you can walk through the garage under the piste and put your skis on there.

Ski passes can be purchased at the Veysonnaz lift, located just 100 meters away. You can also order them online or set up an account with our concierge for passes and additional services.

You can rent skis and bikes at the Neige Adventure shop located in the lift station. We have arranged a 10% discount on rentals for our guests.

At the end of your stay the concierge will do a damage and inventory check with pictures of some important items. Assuming all is fine then a full refund will be given back on the day the inventory is signed off. However if there is some damage this will be deducted from the deposit. Any minor accidents – glass breakage etc we are not concerned about as these things happen and can be easily replaced and it is best just to explain when these things happen so we know and can get quickly through the inventory sign off.
